Birch’s on the Lake Brewhouse and Supperclub’s, Chef-Proprietor Burton Joseph, Ashley Young and Brewmaster Brennan Greene have teamed up to create a brewhouse and supperclub to satisfy every customer. Ingredients are locally sourced and menus are seasonal. Please dress up or dress down. Have a date or bring your kids. The 39th Annual Orono Lions’ Club Snowball Open is set for Sat Jan 31st, 2026! Dust off you clubs and join us for 18 holes of Ice Golf on Long Lake in front of Birch’s on the Lake to support your community.
Brunch Menu 9am – 3pm / Happy Hour 10am – 6pm. Apres DJ Deck Party with DJ John Whitekar from 1-4pm AND DJ Roxy in the Brewhouse from 7-10pm! Red Bull / Northland Vodka Ice Bar on the Deck with Luge. Champagne Bar, THC Seltzers, and Sweetleaves Gummie Station. Full menu available, Bon Fires & S’mores and plenty of seating! See you there! $25 in advance or $35 at the event.
