The comfort of a Wisconsin-style supperclub with an Experimental American brewery, all overlooking the beautiful waterfront of Long Lake.

Birch’s on the Lake Brewhouse and Supperclub’s, Chef-Proprietor Burton Joseph, Ashley Young and Brewmaster Brennan Greene have teamed up to create a brewhouse and supperclub to satisfy every customer. Ingredients are locally sourced and menus are seasonal. Please dress up or dress down. Have a date or bring your kids. Remember to contact us for all your private event parties and gatherings. Treat Dad on Father’s Day! Brunch Menu available from 10am-3pm with a Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar, Bottomless Mimosas, Omelet Station and a Free Birch’s Beer or THC/CBD Seltzer for Dad! Join us for Happy Hour from 3-6pm or Spoil Dad with Dinner served from 3pm – 9:30pm featuring delicious Chef Specials that Dad will love! Reservations available in the Supperclub only. Brewhouse and Deck seating are first come first serve.
