Birch’s on the Lake Brewhouse and Supperclub’s, Chef-Proprietor Burton Joseph, Ashley Young and Brewmaster Brennan Greene have teamed up to create a brewhouse and supperclub to satisfy every customer. Ingredients are locally sourced and menus are seasonal. Please dress up or dress down. Have a date or bring your kids.
