The comfort of a Wisconsin-style supperclub with an Experimental American brewery, all overlooking the beautiful waterfront of Long Lake.

Birch’s on the Lake Brewhouse and Supperclub’s, Chef-Proprietor Burton Joseph, Ashley Young and Brewmaster Brennan Greene have teamed up to create a brewhouse and supperclub to satisfy every customer.
